Download and Installation Instructions
Attention:
Computers with only Office 2010, 32-bit are not supported. Computers with any other version of Microsoft Office are supported.
Preparation
- Before installation, make sure all pending Windows Updates are installed and you rebooted your computer.
1 - Download and Install Microsoft SQL Express
You can skip this step, if you are only connecting to SentVi databases on another server and do not want databases on your PC.
Microsoft SQL Express is a user “light” version of SQL Server that is installed on your PC for your local databases. A special instance of it is created for SentVi to host your local databases. If a previous version of SentVi is already installed with SQL Express, skip this step. DO NOT uninstall the current instance of Microsoft SQL Express.
2 - Download and Install SentVi
- Open Windows File Explorer and right-click on the downloaded EXE and choose “Run As Administrator”.
- During the installation process, click Yes, Next, select the installation folder, etc., as prompted.
- Launch SentVi and activate the software with your product key or email address for the trial.
3 - Install Google Earth
Download and install the Desktop version Google Earth.
